1. Services Refunds

Our landscape design services are personalized and involve significant time and expertise. As such, once a project phase has commenced, the fee for that phase is generally non-refundable.

2. Deposits

Initial consultation fees and project deposits secure your spot in our schedule and are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs prior to any work or meetings taking place, subject to our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellations

Work may be cancelled at any time by written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
