During your initial consultation I will establish your needs and inspect the site for your design plan. I will ask about personal, family and lifestyle needs: what you want to use the garden for, how much time you want to spend in it and how much maintenance you wish to engage in. I will look at the constraints of the site, its location, aspect, slope, size, shape and soil quality. Costs will be discussed to ensure the concept fits within your budget limitations.
Discussion of design ideas and creative suggestions. We will define what elements you would like to see in the design, likes and dislikes. After our discussion an estimate for a full design of the garden project will be given.
A cohesive and well thought out landscape plan is the most important step in achieving your goals for your project. Your plan allows you to see the finished result before you invest your hard-earned money into the entire project. A plan allows changes to be made ‘on paper’, before construction begins to save you time and money during the building phase of your project.
At the end of the process, the final plan will clearly reflect your wishes and needs, through the vision and expertise of our designer. The result will be a reflection of your aspirations based on the natural characteristics of your property, your lifestyle, and your budget.
At this stage you can employ me to act as your Landscape Project Manager to oversee the job to completion. This will ensure that you are a happy and satisfied customer, with the end result of you being thrilled of your outside living space.
The results are breathtaking!
Your patience through the many revisions was truly appreciated. The backyard is now well beyond my expectations. You took the flat 'sand pit' to paradise. Thanks again Julie!

Thanks again Julie for everything!
We are extremely happy with the finished product. When I get a little stressed about work, I think of the backyard and how we will be enjoying it next summer and then smile!
